Service

Gmail Daily Digest is a private, non-commercial workflow operated for its owner's personal use. It reads email from Google accounts the owner authorizes and prepares a daily summary.

Authorized use

The workflow may be used only with accounts the user owns or is authorized to access. The user remains responsible for reviewing the original messages before taking consequential action.

Availability and accuracy

The workflow is provided as available. Email classification and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate, and delivery may be delayed by provider outages, authorization changes, or local device availability.

Third-party services

The workflow relies on Google services and the AI service associated with the owner's OpenAI account or workspace. Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

Changes and termination

The owner may change or stop the workflow at any time. Google account access can be revoked from the Google Account security settings.
